The Bloodbath comes to Belleville
Blade Rave turns Diamondback Music Hall into the Bloodbath scene from the 1998 film Blade. Goth, techno and house DJs, 360 projection mapping, lasers, gogo dancers, cosplayers, and a midnight bloodbath that soaks the whole floor. Arrive early, stay late, and keep an eye out for vampires.

Blade Rave is touring the country this fall. October 24 is the Michigan stop, and Diamondback is built for it. 1,000 capacity, 360 projection mapping, JBL line array, lasers and cryo. Every seat feels like front row.

Tickets are sold direct through the venue on TicketWeb. Order limit is 8 tickets. Tickets are emailed closer to the event date, not at checkout, to keep bots and scalpers out.

Dress code
Come as the underworld. Suggested attire is anything from the goth, industrial, steampunk and vampire end of the closet. Superhero cosplay is fair game too. Wear something you do not mind getting bloody.

FAQ
What actually happens at the midnight bloodbath?
At midnight the room recreates the club scene from Blade. Blood rains down on the floor while the DJ drops. It is washable stage blood, it is safe, and it is the reason people fly across the country for this party. If you would rather watch than get soaked, stay toward the back or book a VIP table.
Is Blade Rave 18 and up or 21 and up?
General admission is 18 and up with a valid government issued ID. VIP tables are 21 and up because of the bottle minimum. Anyone under 21 gets marked at the door and will not be served alcohol.
I bought tickets but have not gotten an email yet. Is my order OK?
Yes. Blade Rave tickets are emailed closer to the event date, about two days before the show, to keep bots and scalpers from buying up the room. Your order confirmation from TicketWeb is your proof of purchase until then.
What should I wear?
Vampire, goth, industrial, steampunk or superhero cosplay. Plenty of people come in all black and let the room do the rest. Wear shoes you can dance in and clothes you do not mind getting blood on.
Who is playing?

Where do I park and how far is it from Detroit?
Diamondback sits right off I-94 at 49345 S Interstate 94 Service Dr in Belleville, about 25 minutes from downtown Detroit and 15 from Ann Arbor. On site parking is $10 cash. If the main lot fills, a free shuttle runs from the overflow lot all night.
Can I get a VIP table?
Yes. The VIP Table of 4 gets you priority entry at 9 PM plus a reserved table and seating for four. All four seats are purchased together, there is a $200 bottle minimum, and a credit card hold is taken at the venue. Tables are limited and go first.
