Is my show all-ages, 18+, or 21+?
It depends on the show. Every event lists its age limit on the Shows page right under the date and time. Wednesday Line Dance Lessons are all-ages and family-friendly.
I bought tickets but can't find them.
Check your spam and promotions folders for an email from TicketWeb first. Some events send tickets closer to the show date to block bots and scalpers. Still stuck? Email us with your order number.
How do I book the venue for a private event?
Start on the Private Events page or call 734-589-1111. Have your preferred date, guest count, and type of event ready and we'll set up a tour.
How do I pitch my band or act?
Use the booking inquiry email with your links, target dates, and recent draw numbers. We review every submission.
