Getting Here
Diamondback Music Hall is at 49345 S Interstate 94 Service Dr, Belleville, MI 48111, on the I-94 service drive. No downtown traffic, no parking garages.
Parking
Free for most shows
Parking is free for most events. When a show has paid parking, it’s noted on that show’s event page, so check there before you head out.
Big nights
On larger shows, once the main lot fills, a shuttle runs guests to and from overflow parking. The event page will say if that applies.
Getting home
Planning to drink? Line up a designated driver or a rideshare before doors.
Tickets
Where to buy
Online at diamondbackmusichall.com through TicketWeb, our only official online seller, or in person at the box office. We don’t take ticket orders over the phone.
Tickets from third-party resale sites aren’t supported or guaranteed by the venue.
Box office hours
Monday through Thursday, 12pm to 5pm. On show days the box office opens two hours before doors and stays open through the end of the show.
Haven’t got your tickets?
Check spam and promotions for a TicketWeb email first. For some shows we send tickets closer to the date on purpose, to keep bots and scalpers out. Still stuck? Call 734-589-1111 with your order number.
Get presale codes
Join the presale list for codes and show announcements before tickets go public.
ID & Age Rules
Ages change by show
We host all-ages, 18+ and 21+ shows. Every event page lists its age policy next to the date and door time. Wednesday line dance lessons are all ages and family friendly.
Bring a valid photo ID
Every guest is scanned at the door with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. No ID means no entry, with no exceptions.
Drinking at the bar
Guests 21+ get a wristband for bar service. Guests under 21 are marked and won’t be served.
No re-entry
Once you leave, your ticket is done for the night, so grab what you need from the car before you come in.
Bag Policy & Prohibited Items
Small bags only
Bags, purses and clutches larger than 5" x 8" x 2" aren’t allowed. Anything bigger goes back to your car; we don’t have storage for oversized bags.
