Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for events are available for purchase either directly at the box office in person or conveniently online at Diamondbackmusichall.com. Please note that we do not facilitate ticket transactions over the phone. TicketWeb serves as our exclusive online ticketing platform. Kindly be aware that any tickets purchased through other platforms are considered third-party sales, and we regret that we cannot provide assistance for any related issues.

What are your box office hours?

The Box Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm. Additionally, on show days, the Box Office opens two hours before doors and remains open until the conclusion of the show.

What items are prohibited?

  • Aerosol cans (e.g., hairspray, mace, pepper spray)
  • Illegal narcotics and associated paraphernalia
  • Smoking of any kind inside the venue (e.g., cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping)
  • Animals (excluding approved service animals or those in training)
  • Noise-making devices: air horns, fog horns, bullhorns, thunder sticks, cowbells, bells, horns, kazoos, whistles, vuvuzelas, didgeridoos, and other similar devices
  • Fireworks, explosives, laser pointers, devices capable of creating optical illusions, or similar items
  • Professional and commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses, as well as video and sound recording devices including laptops, tablets, iPads, and GoPros
  • Weapons of any kind (including firearms, pocket knives, pepper spray, mace); toy or fake weapons (such as squirt guns or super soakers) are also prohibited

What is your bag policy?

Bags, purses & clutches larger than 5″ x 8″ x 2″ ARE PROHIBITED.

Is there a coat check?

Coat check service is offered with a $5 fee.

Can I leave the show and come back?

Our events enforce a strict “no re-entry” policy, meaning once you enter, you cannot exit and return.

Is there seating available?

Limited seating is available for select shows, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved seating is only available if purchased or specified per event. ADA accommodations will be provided as needed.

Is there an ATM?

An ATM is available in the front lobby for your convenience.

Do you serve food?

The offerings may vary for each event, but you can always expect gourmet pizza and snacks.
