We don't take ticket orders over the phone. TicketWeb is our only official online seller — tickets bought through third-party resale sites aren't supported or guaranteed by the venue.

Start by checking your spam and promotions folders for an email from TicketWeb. That's where they land most of the time.

For some events we deliver tickets closer to the show date on purpose — it keeps bots and scalpers from buying up inventory and reselling it. If your show works that way, your tickets are coming even though your inbox is empty.

No. We run a strict no re-entry policy at all events. Once you leave, your ticket is done for the night, so plan accordingly.

Wednesday Line Dance Lessons are all ages and genuinely family friendly — bring the kids.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Every guest gets scanned at the door.

If you're of drinking age you'll get a wristband for bar service. If you're under 21 you'll be marked instead, and our bartenders won't serve you — please don't put them in that position.

No ID means no entry, and we can't make exceptions on this one. It's our liquor license on the line.

Bags, purses, and clutches larger than 5in x 8in x 2in are prohibited.

Anything bigger has to go back to your car — we don't have storage for oversized bags.

For most events, yes — parking is free.

Some events do have paid parking. When that's the case it's noted on the event listing, so check there before you head out.
